RMA number:
When exchanging or returning, all products must be in original packaging with RMA number issued by PGM PRO clearly marked on the outside of the box. Packages received without a valid RMA number will be returned to the buyer and no credit will be issued. |
Damaged items during transit:
we carefully inspect all packages prior to shipping. All of our products are sold as brand new, all damaged products are considered damaged during transit (even though outer boxes is not damaged). If you received a damaged or broken item, please contact us immediately so we can help you with the damage claim with the shipping carrier. No claims will be honored after 10 days upon item receive. |
Defective products:
All defective products received must provide proof of photos email to e-info@pgmdressform and approved by the RMA department. |
Wrong item purchased:
If you purchase the wrong size or wrong item. No problem, PGM is more than happy to arrange exchange for you. Simply contact us fist and ship back the item with all original packaging. If any return item is received damage, 15% restocking fee will be charge. |
Cancel Order:
If you wish to cancel an order, please call our representatives directly. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. PGM-Pro cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. |
