This  DVD collection (black and white commercials) contains short advertisements used during intermission at drive-in movie theaters during the 1950's and early 1960's to get people to consume junk food from the concession stand. It contains ads for popcorn, hot dogs, coffee, pizza, sandwiches.  Included are short films intended to fill time between features and lure you to the snack bar at the same time. Enjoy footage of some of the worst looking drive-in food imaginable, as well as patriotic missives reminding you to vote, support your local church, patronize your local dry cleaners and join the PTA. 10 minutes til Showtime, still plenty of time for a trip to the snack bar. Don't forget to replace the speaker on the stand on your way out!
