This listing is for our 4 piece basic top whorl drop spindle set, great for beginners, or when you want something to throw in a travel pack.  Sizes range from 1.25 to 2.75 inches for the whorls and 7 to 9.5 inches for the shafts.  With weights ranging between 0.35 and 1.45 ounces you can spin everything from silk to heavier wools.  Great for all periods of history.  Viking, Civil War, Renaissance Faire, SCA.  Solid maple, no stains, oils, or varnishes, leave natural or finish to your liking.

The spindles are available with or without the small brass hooks, your choice.  We also offer stained or painted spindles.
