It is a number 7 and says it is acid proof..

This was used in an Old Old Drug Store..

It is very large and very heavy pottery ...  

 It measures 6 " tall and is 10 1/2 " across..The Mortar is in very good condition , has one small very old chip on the spout .

The Pestle has a wood handle and pottery base.. It measures 10 1/2 " ..It is in very good condition , with use wear of long long ago..

This mortar and pestle weighs 13 pounds with out wrapping and box..We will send it parcel post , UPS or Fedx ..which ever way you would like..

This is a must have for your drug store collection !
