• Shipping: Shipping is via UPS only. I can not ship to APOs, FPOs, and PO boxes. I will need a street address for ALL orders. UPS ground rates are stated in the listing. Express rates available upon request. Buyers from AK, GU, PR and HI must e-mail for shipping rates. If a tracking number is desired e-mail us no earlier than 24 hours after payment on a weekday.
• International Shipments: Please do not e-mail for international shipping estimates. Refer to the flat rate shipping charge below. I reserve the right to charge actual shipping rates in the event that the flat rate does not cover shipping costs. Import tax may apply on international orders. I will not be responsible for import tax on orders. UPS will be able to provide more information about your area. I will not ship to: India, Brazil, Spain, Turkey, Indonesia, Nigeria, Bulgaria, Malaysia, Russia or Hungary. If you purchase from one of the aforementioned countries you will receive an unpaid item strike.
• Returns: I can accept returns only when the item arrives not as described in the listing. Please notify me of misrepresented item within 7 days of delivery. I will only process returns when all original items and packaging are returned to me. I will e-mail a UPS return shipping tag for the return of the item. (Please provide e-mail address) Buyer is entitled to refund or replacement once we have the item back in our possession.
• Damaged Items: If item does arrive damaged please provide accurate description and or photos of all damaged goods within ONE week. Provide contact phone number for UPS as well. I will file a UPS claim for the item. Buyer is entitled to refund or replacement once we have the item back in our possession.
