Drusy (sometimes spelled Druzy or Druse) looks like a dusting of tiny super-fine points formed a blanket of sparkly micro-crystals that twinkle! It is VERY special!!! This Drusy Agate is totally mesmerizing when this pendant twinkles in light. The sparkles of the Drusy Agate twinkle like fairy dust as it is tilted back and forth. The diamond-like pinpoint flashes of this stone also remind me of stars in the sky, a constellation, and of a fancy evening dress or a formal gown. Speaking of which, I truly can visualize this pendant on someone who is wearing an evening gown and going to the opera!

The background wallpaper on this page is one I created by taking a cross-section of an indoor photo of the cabochon. It sparkles in direct light!

This precious amulet pendant is a one-of-a-kind - - an artistic ORIGINAL EXCLUSIVE DESIGN! I made it myself. I selected the Drusy Agate cabochon, (by the way, the back of the stone is butter smooth), then thought out the design in my head. Next, I took straight Sterling Silver wire, my hands and my small jewelry pliers, and manipulated and fashioned all the loops and bindings you see in the photos myself. I shaped the Silver to "frame" the stone, leaving the back open to the skin of the new owner. By the way, the design didn't turn out as I had planned because the stone "wanted" to be wrapped THIS way, instead. And look how wonderful it turned out! I have learned through experience that using more precious metal in my designs creates a totally secure "frame" or "cradle" for the stones. It also makes the pendants more inherently valuable than pendants made with the bare minimum of wire to hold them. Through experience, I have learned that a job done well is a job well done. Just look at all my happy previous satisfied customers in my feedback, and you'll know that my workmanship is Quality! The photos show the actual pendant you will own if you are the winning bidder. Also, every one of my creations that is offered for auction has never been worn before. When you purchase it, you will be the first person to ever wear it.

Pendant's Approximate Measurements: over 1-1/2" tall, over 3/4" wide, and over 3/8" thick at the swirls part of the pendant. The stone's measurements are approximately: 19mm x 19.25mm x 4mm thick, weighing approximately 2.4 grams, or 12 carats. Also, the bail has a large enough opening that I believe may be able to accommodate a round chain necklace that is as thick as 3mm. And, since the bail is attached (I never solder or use any glue on my creations.) so that the pendant swings freely with the wearer, it will not be stiff and get stuck in an awkward position while worn. It will tend to capture the attention of on-lookers, too. ~*~ grin ~*~

And (if you are one who feels the energies), this pendant starts out cool, then after about 60 seconds, it has a very warm, tingly and POTENT presence, while resting in the palm of my hand! It actually made my entire spine tingly and warm and fuzzy, especially at the back of my neck! You won't believe it until you Feel It For Yourself!!! WOW!

I have no medical evidence to substantiate the correlation between wearing this stone and the effects it will have on the wearer. The mystical healing properties offered above were partially paraphrased from one of a series of books by Melody. Melody suggests that the metaphysical properties listed for each stone will have these effects on the wearer WHILE he/she concentrates on the desired outcome. The author further states that this is NOT a substitute for consulting your physician; and I agree. When I wear any of my stones or crystals, I feel empowered by them. Maybe it is just because I WEAR them with specific intentions -- it works because I told my mind it would, OR does it work because of the molecular interaction between my body and the stones/crystals? I do not know. All I know is it seems to work FOR ME.

I tried many photos. Maybe the ones I have chosen to present can give you some idea of the pendant's presence. I hope they do. There are several different photos of the pendant on here for your viewing (one with a ruler, a photo of the stone before I created the pendant, indoor and outdoor photos of the pendant, and photos with different backgrounds, etc.) - same pendant, just different photos. (Sorry, the choker I used for photos is not included in the auction. Since many of my customers who purchase pendants also wish to purchase a chain necklace, I have a few chains left that I reserve for customers who need one to go with the pendants that they purchase.
