to support@gosatellite.com. If the unit is defective call our tech

Shipping damages and/or shortages must be reported to the carrier
within 3 days. GOsatellite.com is not responsible for shipping
damages. In the rare case that there are issues, we will submit a
damaged or lost package claim form with that carrier. Purchasing the
optional insurance upon checkout will guarantee full replacement
value. All eBay fees and the value of a free shipping promotion will
be added to your restock fee. This includes our listing fee and final
value fee.
All defective exchanges will be thoroughly inspected and determination
will be made if eligibility requirements are met for repair or

No Defective Exchanges will be accepted without a Return Merchandise

Manufacturer warrants any such replacement parts against defects in materials or workmanship for the remaining portion of the original warranty period. (Note: "Parts" may include the antenna assembly, receiver, LNBF, remote control, or antenna mounting hardware. It does NOT include other parts purchased separately.)
