• All items sold are brand new.
• If you receive a wrong or defective item please email us within 7 days from the date you receive the product:
• Later than 7 days the item cannot be accepted for return.
• If the order is defective we will send replacement to you and no additional charge. If the order is not found to be defective we will refund the product cost to you only. Shipping and handling are not refundable. All returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc. Software sales are not refundable.
