Matched pair of circa 1900's "Japanese Starburst" cobalt glass vases by Dugan, with optic polka dot pattern in glass. The combination of effects (starburst, gold, white and light blue on cobalt glass with optic effect) has a "wow" factor not always seen in art glass of this period. Both are in MINT condition, except that one has a chip to rim that is difficult to see (and photograph) when the item is displayed, except on very close inspection or looking at it top down.
