Dukat Dill (Anethum graveolens sp.) is an annual that grows best in full sun. This variety of dill has a higher oil content than common dill with a more uniform growth habit. It's tall, graceful foliage is denser and lasts longer on the plant than most other dills. The flavor is mile and sweet but never bitter. Sprinkle fresh foliage on new potatoes, tomatoes, grilled salmon, spinach, green beans, cucumbers, squash and lamb chops for a great treat. This dill will produce an abundance of foliage, providing plenty of garnish for fresh salad or delicately flavoring pickles and other fresh condiments. This bid is for approximately 50-75 seeds.
Germinating, planting and harvesting instructions are always included with my herb seed. I'll enclose a great recipe for making Dukat Dill Bread.
