- I only ship within the United States. I do not ship to Canada, Australia, Europe, etc. Also, please note that I do not allow local pickup. Please do not e-mail asking either of these two things, as I will not make an exception. I will not reply to any e-mail asking me to do this.
- Feedback will only be left once I have received it from the buyer. Please do not ask in your PayPal note or by e-mail, as I will not make an exception. I will not reply to e-mails asking to leave feedback first. If this is an issue for you, please do not bid on this item.
- I only accept PayPal. Please pay as soon as possible. Since most of my auctions will be on Saturday or Sunday, please pay by Monday at the latest. If you cannot pay for the item now, please do not bid on it (ex. you have to wait until you get paid next Friday).
This DVD is Used, is Region 1 (US/Canada) and comes with case and the artwork on the case.

Y - case either has an insert (removable from case) or scene/episode index (part of the case). Occasionally, the insert may only be an advertisement from the video company.
N - case has no insert or scene/episode index
Disc condition (A through F) : B+
This DVD is Used. Below is an explanation of Disc Condition Grades (grades also have +/-). When I grade the DVD, I shine a flashlight on the playable side(s) of the disc. Please note that I will not lower the disc condition grade for things such as fingerprints, light dust or film that often will appear just from the DVD sitting in it's case (unless it's something that can affect playability). I will only grade the discs that are the main discs (ex. the movie disc, or all of the discs that have episodes from something like a TV series box set). Since the bonus discs seem to rarely show wear, I do not grade them. Also, the grade is for the disc, not the case.
A - Discs with this rating are in the best condition. A+ is mint (no scratches or imperfections). I will only call a DVD mint if I personally bought it new, and I opened it, but did not play it. Discs below A+ may have very minor imperfections (a few faint scratches, scuffs, and or smudges). Discs in the "A" range should only experience problems on a rare occassion.
B - Disc with this rating will have some minor imperfections. Scratches, scuffs and/or smudges will be more frequent and/or deeper. This is the most common condition of the used DVDs. B+ discs may only have one or two scratches, but the scratches are big enough that I don't want to put it in the A range. They also may get this grade if there are frequent tiny, shallow scratches, that may have been caused when a person tried to clean the disc. Discs in the B range should still have no problems, but will have occassionally experience some. A good comparison for a B rated disc is a Blockbuster Pre-viewed title which isn't in bad shape. Please note that DVDs rated B- will have a decent number of scratches. A good comparison of a B- disc is that of a rental DVD that has been rented out a lot.
C - Discs with this rating will have worse imperfections. Discs will have multiple, deeper scratches, or other imperfections, and these imperfections may cause playback problems. This condition is acceptable to some. However, if you prefer your DVDs to be closer to mint condition, I do not recommend this level. I will rarely list a DVD in this grade range...usually if I do, it's a popular or rare DVD, where someone may be willing to get it resurfaced for the deal that they are getting on it.
D & F. - I will not list DVDs in this condition.
I will do my best to accurately describe the disc condition. But please understand that it is subjective, and also can be affected by the light conditions when inspecting the DVD. The lower the grade, the more scratches/scuffs there are, and the more likely that there potentially could have playback problems. Buyers who are very meticulous about their discs should stick with a grade A or A-. Most buyers will be fine with "B" grade or higher. The worst condition that I normally list will be B-. On some rare occassions, I will list items that have a condition in the C range. My condition grades are not a guarantee that the DVD played with or without problems. It is intended to help give you more information on how the quality is.

Shipping: the DVD in most cases will be shipped within one or two business days (I do not ship on Saturdays). The DVD will be shipped in a bubble mailer (for protection), with Delivery Confirmation (which will be e-mailed to you for tracking the package).

Media Mail (Free shipping) - DVDs under 8 oz. will go USPS First Class, over 8 oz. will go Media Mail. Please note that most 2-DVD sets, box sets, and DVDs in combined shipping will be over 8 oz., and most likely will go Media Mail. Estimated transit time 2-14 days*.
Priority Mail (fastest option) - Estimated transit time 1-3 days*.
*Please note that the transit times are estimated, and are not guaranteed. Transit times may be longer in peak shipping times (such as Christmas), during the summer (when many Postal employees use their vacations), and/or due to the weather. Rural/smaller towns also seem to have longer transit times. Media Mail can unfortunately take a few weeks to arrive.
Combined shipping - items paid for in one invoice will normally be combined into one shipment. Media Mail will be used for combined shipments (unless you wish to upgrade to Priority Mail). If you wish to upgrade to Priority Mail, please e-mail me after you are done bidding and/or buying, and I will create an invoice for the shipping & handling (which will be the actual postage and bubble mailer cost). Seller reserves the right to split items into multiple shipments or upgrade to a faster service at no cost to the buyer.
International shipping & Local Pick-up - I only ship within the United States. Please do not e-mail me asking if I will ship to another country outside of the U.S., as I will not reply to the e-mail.

All major releases from the last few years will be legitimate Region 1. I know how frustrating it is to get a fake item, or a DVD that was listed as being in mint condition, but has scratches all over it. I will not do that to my customers. I also clearly list shipping charges and my policies in every listing, so you don't get any unwelcome surprises.
STATUS OF YOUR ITEM – You will receive E-mails for every step of your purchase. Besides the initial e-mail after winning the auction, you will receive e-mails to confirm that your payment has been received, item has been shipped, and an e-mail with the delivery confirmation number. - In most cases, your item will be shipped within 1 business day from payment. Please do not get angry at me for a Post Office delay. The day that the package was mailed will be on the postage.
- This item has FREE Media Mail shipping.

Before bidding
Buyers with little or no feedback are welcome to bid. However, please make sure that you understand eBay’s policies, along with the policies I list below.
Please place bid only if you are serious about buying the item, and can pay for the item in a timely manner and by PayPal.
Make sure that you read the item description and policies. If the policies or the condition of the item is not what you want, please do not bid.
Please note that I only accept PayPal for payment.
Ask questions before bidding!
Payment
- Payment must be made or arranged as soon as possible, and preferably no later than Monday. If you cannot pay for an item now, please do not purchase this item (ex. you have to wait until you get paid before paying for this item). The majority of my auctions will likely wind up being under $10, so there really is no reason to use the excuse that you need to wait to get paid on Friday.
- The only method of payment I will accept is PayPal. I do not accept any mailed payments, so please do not e-mail me to ask if I will.
If you select the eCheck option in PayPal, please note that your payment will not clear for 3-4 Business Days (which does not count weekends or holidays). I will not ship the item out until PayPal advises me that the payment has cleared.
If payment is not received or arranged in 4 days, I will file an Unpaid Item with eBay.
Please make sure that the shipping address on your PayPal receipt is correct and complete. If the package is "returned to sender" because of an incorrect address (ex. you move and forget to update your shipping address), you will be required to pay for the additional postage to ship it to you again (and if I need to use a new bubble mailer, you will also be required to pay for that cost).
Should you encounter a PayPal problem, please e-mail me to advise of the delay. If it appears as if the problem cannot be fixed within a week, we can mutually agree to cancel the transaction.
Shipping
- For this item, Media Mail shipping is FREE. DVDs under 8oz will be sent First Class instead of Media Mail, while DVDs over 8oz will most likely go by Media Mail.
- For most shipments, I will use a bubble-lined mailer to ship your package. In rare instances, I may use a box with packing materials. However, the majority of the time, it will be a bubble mailer.
- Estimated shipping times are: First Class: - 2-4 days Media Mail: - 2-14 days Priority Mail: 2-3 days. However, postal delays can occur, which I have no control over. Please be aware that I have seen media mail shipments take over 2 weeks to arrive, and have seen first class shipments to the West Coast take a week to arrive.
- Delivery Confirmation
is included in the s/h, and the number will be e-mailed to you.
- In most cases, your package will be shipped within 1-2 business days (as long as you pay before Tuesday).
I do not ship on Saturdays. In many cases, if payment is received before 10am Eastern time, it will go out that day. If payment is not received by the time I go to the Post Office on Tuesday, it will most likely go out the next time I go to the Post Office.
You will receive two e-mails from me after package has been shipped (one through eBay and one through my Postage provider).
Please note the shipping & handling charge (for Priority Mail shipments) includes postage, the cost of the bubble mailer or box, the delivery confirmation number and costs associated with the shipping process (such as tape or additional packing materials). Shipping & handling is not negotiable. Please do not bid if you do not like the s/h charge.
Seller reserves the right to upgrade the shipping service and/or add insurance, at no extra charge to the buyer.
International shipping is not available. I will not reply to requests from outside of the United States as to whether I will ship to that country.
Local pickup is not available.
Combined shipping
Items paid for on one invoice will normally be combined into one shipment using Media Mail.
If you wish to upgrade to Priority Mail, please e-mail me after you are done bidding and/or buying, and I will create an invoice with the shipping & handling price (which will be the actual postage based on the weight of the package, along with the bubble mailer cost).
Should you be waiting for other auctions to finish, please do not pay until all of the auctions are done. If the auctions are a few days in the future, please send me a quick e-mail to let me know that you are waiting until certain auctions end to try to get the combined shipping discount.
Due to weight restrictions, First-class is NOT AVAILABLE for combined shipping. Any combined purchases will be shipped Media Mail (or Priority Mail, if you choose that upgraded service).
PayPal should allow you to combine all of the items you won. If it does not work (does not combine all your items or is miscalculating the s/h), please e-mail me, and I can create an invoice for you.

While rare, certain items are not subject to the combined shipping policy (example, my Wholesale DVD lots or some larger box sets may not allow combined shipping).
Condition of the item :
I will do my best to describe the condition of the items, which will be rated according to the key below the condition. Unlike some sellers, I do not "overgrade" the condition of the disc. I will shine a light on the playable side(s) of the discs to examine it for scratches and scuffs. So the grade will be a lot more accurate than those who glance at the disc for a second.
If you are someone who is only happy with a DVD that is in pristine condition, I do not recommend bidding on a Used DVD less than a grade of A-. Discs with a grade of B should be acceptable for most, and B- discs may be acceptable to some (especially if you purchase Pre-Viewed DVDs from a video store).
I will never knowingly list an item that appears to be a fake, copy, bootleg, Asian import, DVD9, etc. Almost all of the DVDs I sell will be legitimate Region 1. The only exceptions with be legitimate All Region, Region Free, or Region 0 DVDs (for older films or lower budget films), and I will mention this in the listing. Any mainstream release will be Region 1.
Discs may have store logos, writing on the disc, or other imperfections (which should not affect the value) which might not be mentioned in the listing.
Cases may have store stickers, price tags, security tags, writing, dust/dirt/grime, and/or other imperfections, which might not be mentioned in the listing. Also, damage to the case, plastic, or the knob that holds the disc in place may not be mentioned (although I will do my best to mention it).
As some retailers and individuals replace the original case when damaged, please note that the case may not be the original case. I will try my best to let you know, if I can tell that it isn't original (ie. DVD comes in a Blockbuster case).
Unless item is from my personal collection, it most likely has not been tested for playability.
Since most items that I purchase are used from other people, the items may or may not have come from homes with smokers and/or pets, as well as other factors that people are allergic or averse to.
Information on the film is usually available in the listing.
Occassionally, the pre-filled information and picture of the movie may be taken from a DVD with a different UPC code. This is especially the case for video store Pre-Viewed titles (which seem to have their own bar code that eBay often doesn't recognize).
Many pictures will be stock photos, and in rare occurances, may differ from what the DVD looks like. Any pictures that are not the stock photo will be of the actual item.
Return Policy :
If the DVD has viewing problems and/or if something was significantly different than described in the listing, I will accept a return. Returns will be accepted within 7 days upon receipt of item(s) (per the delivery confirmation). This gives you a full week to inspect the product and watch the DVD. After one week, returns will not be accepted. (and yes, that means if you ask for a refund 8 days after, you will not get a refund).
Returns will not be accepted for anything besides viewing problems and/or items that were significantly different than described. This means you can not return the DVD because you didn't enjoy the movie, or because you thought it was a different version(ex. you thought it was Widescreen, even though it's listed as Full Screen...or you thought it was the Director's Cut, even though the listing says it's the original version).
Kindly e-mail me first if you need to return the item. I will give you the address to return the DVD and explain the process.
If you are returning the DVD due to a viewing problem (such as skipping or freezing), you will need to describe what the problem was and approximately when the problem comes up (ex. the disc skips 30 minutes into the movie or it freezes in Scene 7).
Upon receipt of the returned DVD, you will be refunded the bid price that you had paid. Please note that the shipping and handling charge, as well as the cost of return shipping, will NOT be refunded.
Item must be received in a similar condition to which it was received, with all of the contents that were sent (ie. inserts). Excess wear & tear on the item after receipt will void the return policy.
This return policy refers only to this item…any items listed as "As-Is" are not subject to this return policy.
Feedback :
- Please note that I will leave feedback only after I receive it from the buyer. Please see my "About Me" for a further explanation. If this is issue, please do not bid on this item. I will not respond to requests asking for feedback first. I understand that this is an issue for some buyers. So please...if you only want to work with sellers who leave you feedback first, do not buy from me.
- Should you have any problems, please contact me before leaving negative feedback, so I can try to remedy the problem first.
- When rating my performance with the 5-star system, I strive to get 5 stars across the board. I ask that you fairly rate MY performance. For the Shipping Time, please base my rating on how quickly I shipped out your item from the time you paid, not on how quickly the USPS took to deliver the package. For communication, I send out e-mails after you win, after you pay, and after I ship. There really is no reason that I should get below 5 in this section. For shipping cost, my s/h right around the amount it costs me for postage, the bubble mailer or box, the Delivery Confirmation number, and other shipping costs such as tape. Once again, I don't see why this grade should be anything but a 5.
- Please base your feedback for my on my services, not how you enjoyed the movie. For example, do not leave me a negative because you didn't find the movie to be funny.

Please e-mail me if you have any questions, problems, etc. I check my e-mail often, and will address your questions or concern as soon as possible. Please note that normally I will not check e-mails after 6PM ET, so your question/concern would be answered the next day. Also, I'm often away from the computer on Saturdays in the fall...so I may not be able to answer you question as quickly.
I strongly recommend using eBay's message system instead of e-mailing me directly. This will ensure that I receive your message, in case a spam filter blocks it directly.
You will receive automated e-mails after you win the auction, after your payment is received, and two e-mails after the item is shipped. If you haven't received any of these e-mails, please let me know, and I will re-send it. Also, please note that many of these e-mails are automated through eBay, so there is no option to turn them off. Since some couples share an account, and you may be buying an item as a gift, please understand that I cannot turn off the automated e-mails for individuals.
If you e-mail me, and do not get a response, PLEASE CHECK YOUR E-MAIL’S SPAM FOLDER. Due to the spam problem, many e-mail systems block items that are not spam. Unless I happen to be away for a few days, you will usually get a response within a few hours. If you do not, my e-mails have probably been blocked.
Should your item not arrive within 10 days after payment, please contact me. However, please check with other members of your household who have access your mailbox, to make sure that they haven't taken the item in.
If there is a problem, please act like an adult when you e-mail me. I understand that it is frustrating when an unexpected problem arises, such as postal delays. But acting rude and condescending will not solve the problem. I am an extremely friendly, laid back person. However, I do not tolerate someone who acts like a child. I have had the pleasure to work with many great eBayers, and have only had a few "bad apples". When you read my feedback, you will see the many happy customers who have worked with me.
