- The Duplo DBM 100 machine has been designed by Duplo to fill the need for an easy-to-use and highly productive bookletmaking system. With its instant size change mechanism (booklet size can be changed in as little as 13 seconds), its ability to offer side, corner and saddle stapling, and its
compatibility with both collators and electronic printers, the Duplo DBM 100 provides an outstanding solution to today's bookletmaking requirements.
- The size of the booklet being produced on the DBM 100 can be changed by the simple touch of a button. The model features three pre-set paper sizes options and five programmable memories for varying paper sizes, saddle, side or corner stapling, or a "fold only" option.
- The Duplo DBM 100 handles sheet sizes from 5.5" x 7.8" (side staple) up to 17.5" x 12.5" (saddle staple). Maximum speed is 2,400 booklets per hour. The unit is fitted with two stapling heads as standard (a third is optional) and, in a measure designed to increase productivity, the heads use pre-formed staples from a coil which can hold up to 5,000 staples.
