This dollhouse was completed in 2001. It has 12v wiring under the wooden floors, outlets in each room except bathroom & attic, ceiling lights & lamps. Each room is completely furnished, with different wallpaper design for each room. Extra goodies include: a box full of extra furniture & accessories, Christmas decorations with lighted trees, Halloween lights, doormats, witch on roof with lights, boxes of materials, wallpaper, patterns, lighting kit, light bulbs, outlets, & plugs. The scale is: 1:12, measurements are 26" wide, 27" tall, 18" deep. The house sits on a table with 2 shelves & casters, which is included in this listing. Because of the size & delicate construction of the house, I would suggest shipping would be by UPS, & insurance manditory. All furniture & parts, carefully wrapped to minimized damage, would be shipped separately. Please ignore shipping info in this listing, as I prefer that the buyer choose the cost & way to ship, maybe local pick-up?
