Some rules: I hate to include this paragraph, but Ebay is becoming a lot less fun.  Since seller to buyer feedback has been limited to the point of irrelevancy, I've experienced a drastic increase in non-paying bidders and rather groundless negative/neutral feedback.  So... 1. If you have a feedback score of zero, please contact me before bidding.  2. If you think the shipping and handling charges are too high, don't bid.  This rule applies to international bidders in particular.  If I charged only the exact amount for shipping and handling, I would lose a lot of money on Ebay and Paypal fees.  In fact, for international orders which require expensive shipping, the Paypal fees alone can rival the price of the items won.  I considered not shipping internationally, but I don't want to exclude anyone.  3. I do not accept technicality refunds.  I will NOT refund your money because you found shelf-wear on the case or the UPC is slightly different than that listed in the pre-filled information.  I will NOT refund your money because of subjective definitions of wear.  If you have questions, ASK BEFORE BIDDING.  4. Please do not contact me three days after you have paid to ask where your CDs are.  Again, the vast majority of ebayers are great, and I appreciate your business.  I'm happy to work with anyone and answer any questions you have.  It's only a small number of members that are hurting the Ebay experience.
