Shop Policies and Regulations
Postage
All items are sent 1st class postage only (airmail internationally but will send surface mail if requested) and should be delivered within 2-3 days (this applies to the UK only) we do not send by 2nd class. This is to minimise items being lost in the post. I will also send recorded delivery if requested before the item(s) are paid for so I can add the additional cost.
Multiple Purchases
If you buy more that 1 item at a time I will gladly combined them and give you a discount on the postage, (I do not discount the price of the actual items just the postage) this will show up on your invoice. I cannot discount items already paid for and I do not tolerate anyone who discounts items with out consulting me. If this happens I will expect the full postage to be paid on each item. If the funds discounted are not reimbursed to my account within 7 days or contact by the buyer not made I will have no choice but to refund the money paid and leave negative feedback.
Payment
I accept payment through paypal (the preferred option) and personal cheques these are the safer options. I will accept postal orders/ banker’s drafts although I advice buyers not to use these methods for there own benefit as these forms of payment cannot be traced and anyone can use them. I anticipate the item(s) to be paid for within 7 days or to be emailed with details of how and when this will be. If contact is not made by the end of the 7 days I will have no choice but to inform the Ebay authorities.
Cheques
If you are sending a cheque please let me know the date you send it and if you have send it 1st or 2nd class this is so I can estimate when it will arrive and get it into my account ASAP. The item(s) will be sent as soon as the funds have cleared in my account.
Feedback and Refunds
Please leave feedback when you have received your item(s), this will provide me with confirmation that it has arrived and has not got lost in the post. If there is a problem with the item(s) please contact me before leaving negative feedback so we can work together to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved I will refund the cost of the item(s) only. However if the item is sent back I will willingly refund the full price paid this will happen as soon as the item has been returned.
