Durozone ED-4 HVAC Control Panel

- One Zone Control - based off zone 1 thermostat - all dampers open and close together.

- Zone 4 can be used as a Fresh Air Damper system.

- Outdoor Temperature Limit - In gas/electric or conventional heat pumps, second stage heating can be disabled when the outdoor temperature is higher that the temperature set by the ODT Limit potentiometer.

- Capacity Limit - Disables 2nd stage heating and cooling calls with fewer than one-half of the total zones are calling.

- Purge Control - Operates the indoor fan for 90 seconds at the end of a heating or cooling cycle to recover residual heat or cold.

- Conventional or Dual Fuel Heat Pump - Selects conventional heat pump operation with both the compressor and secondary heating operation together during 2nd stage heating or duel fuel operation where the compressor is turned off during the 2nd stage heating.

- Gas/Electric or Heat Pump -

Other features:

- Can use Heat/Cool or Heat Pump Thermostat in Zone 1. Optionally, a heat pump thermostat can be used in Zone 1 to control Emergency Heat.

- On board or External Emergency Heat Switch - allows the Emergency Heat to be activated even with a heat-cool thermostat.

- RH-RC Jumper - Can be cut when using separate heating and cooling units.

- Timer Reset Switch - Clears all the built in timers to expedite check-out. Also used to initiate the Automatic Contractor test.

- Stage 2 Timers Potentiometer - Sets the continuous calls for time required before 2nd stage heating or cooling is activated.

- Cooling Limit Potentiometer - Sets the minimum supply air temperature allowed during cooling. IF the temperature is exceeded, the cooling will be turned off and the indoor fan will continue to operate until the temperature rises above the limit.

- 2nd Stage Timer Potentiometer - Sets the continuous call time required before 2nd stage heating or cooling is activated.
