Infinite Sails is determined to be a fair and honest Ebay seller. I certainly would like you to be satisfied with your purchase. I have set my terms based on my product line and my business structure. Please read and agree to these terms.
Payment:
Payment is expected within 7 days through Paypal or by Money Order. (Please contact me through email if prompt payment cannot be made.) In the case you have changed your mind after purchase please contact me immediately through email. I will allow you to drop a transaction with no buyer strikes or negative feedback as long as you do not ignore it.
Michigan residents are required to pay 6% sales tax.
Returns:
All returns must be initiated by email within 7 days of the delivery date.
Used Products:
Infinite Sails will accept a return for any reason as long as the product is in the same condition as it was shipped. I will refund the price of the item returned but S/H charges will not be refunded in most cases. (I have refunded S/H charges in the past and will continue to do so under certain circumstances only and at my discretion. Please ask if you have a particular concern.)
New Products:
New Products can be returned under the same conditions as used with these exceptions:
- New items in sealed packaging that are opened can only be returned for an exchange if defective.
- After 7 days any manufacturer's warranties apply and must be handled directly with the manufacturer.
Some notes on Shipping and Handling:
I do not charge actual USPS shipping costs. I do add a handling charge into every item to cover other S/H costs and some of my time. I believe I am honest and forthright about how I do business. US S/H charges are stated in the listing. If international S/H is not stated please ask for a quote.
Some listings have a specific S/H charge for extra items. If it is not stated otherwise you may calculate combined S/H in the US by adding the S/H charges in the listings and multiply by .8 (20% discount). S/H for multiple quantities of the same item is calculated the same way. I do not ship multiple items for the S/H price of 1 item.
I normally ship USPS First Class or Parcel Post based on weight. If the shipping weight is heavier yet I may ship by UPS ground. I make this decision after the item is boxed and finally weighed. If you have specific needs please ask. I do not use other services and cannot use your UPS or Fed Ex numbers. International orders will be shipped by USPS.
I will provide prompt shipping and proper packaging. In almost all cases the USPS has provided a timely and safe service for my shipments. US shipments will have delivery confirmation but I cannot be held responsible for the package after it is delivered. I do not have a way to track shipments out of the US through normal services so I do not provide coverage for loss or damage in international shipments. It is your responsibility to request any special services that may provide more protection. Services such as Insurance, Signature Confirmation or Registered mail may be available for an extra charge. Not all services are available to all Countries.
I do state actual item cost (not S/H charges) on International Customs forms.
I make an effort to ship every business day and within 24 hours. I do not put off shipping and if it is paid for it will go with me to the Post Office.
I generally am available through email 7 days a week and will respond as soon as I see your email. (If I am away I will respond as soon as I get back. I do not ignore emails.) If I am on vacation more than a day it will be noted in the listings. You certainly can make a purchase during this time but I may not have email access and will not be able to ship.
