I ship within 1-2 business days of confirmed payment via usps priority mail unless otherwise noted in the listing. Delivery confirmation is included.

I do combine shipping on multiple purchases - please DO NOT pay for items separately if you would like a discounted combined rate. Request a combined invoice.

Insurance is optional but recommended as I am not responsible for shipments that are lost once I send them. Insurance is mandatory on more expensive items.

A note about international shipping:

I will ship anywhere in the world if it is possible, and costs are determined by weight and mode of shipment plus a very small handling charge. I like to be able to offer my items to anyone who likes them, and will keep the costs of shipping as low as possible. Please remember that you will never pay more than a couple of dollars over my actual cost, so do not penalize me with a poor "shipping cost rating" in feedback as a result of high international shipping prices by all the carriers - Many sellers have stopped selling internationally for this reason, and I would hate to be among them. I deserve a FIVE STAR rating in this category since I will never overcharge you or make a profit from shipping.

Returns are accepted and must be pre-authorized.
If you don't like the item or changed your mind or it doesn't fit or whatever your personal reason, contact me within 5 (five) business days of receipt. Upon my authorization, you may send it back to me IN THE SAME condition as I sent it to you. I will refund your money less shipping costs and up to a 20% restocking fee to cover listing and misc. expenses incurred.
If you opt for a store credit the restocking fee will be waived as a courtesy.
If, however, the return is due to a gross error on my part in not accurately describing the item, I will refund your money in full. I don't believe you should be penalized for my mistakes. Please contact me within 3 days of receipt of merchandise if there is a problem.

I try my absolute best to describe the condition of every handbag and accessory that I sell, I note any and all imperfections that I see, and post numerous pictures.It is possible, however, that I might miss something. Please do not expect or demand a refund including shipping as a result of a small oversight.
Buying second hand and getting a bargain is wonderful if you can deal with small imperfections, Please do not expect to get a $300 handbag for $50, without the possibility of small flaws. These items have normally passed from one household to another, been in storage,etc. and in all likelihood will have one or two minor imperfections.
If you are extremely picky, I strongly suggest that you pay for a brand new item.
My goal here is to offer you a product at an excellent discount, in the convenience of your home, with individual, personalized customer service, while at the same time enabling myself to earn a small profit.
Remember that a good deal is only a good deal if BOTH PARTIES feel they have done well..so keep the ebay spirit alive!!

All merchandise is kept in my home, which is strictly NON-SMOKING! Some items are purchased second-hand. If I detect any odors - "good" or bad, I do my best to expose it to fresh air and do anything humanly possible to eradicate the smell. If I can still detect it I won't sell it - or I will make you aware of it. If you are particularly sensitive please be sure to mention it and I will double-check any item for you before you bid or purchase.

I mainly carry Brighton products, but do occasionally stray..lol. I have something to please everyone - I love NEW Brighton, VINTAGE Brighton, large and small items. If you don't see it in my listings, just ask, and there is a fair chance I have it in stock!
