Wonderful Three Piece Set of Hallmarked Sterling made by J.M. Van Kempen & Son.  These are Dutch pieces VK for the maker's mark, the Lion Passant is silver purity or standard of .833, the Minerva Head is the duty mark.  The Fork and Soup Ladle are hallmarked L for the year 1920 and the Spoon J for 1915.  The fork and spoon is monogrammed with MK and the Soup Ladle with only an M but it matches the M from the other two pieces.

The fork and spoon are approx 8 1/4" long and the ladle 6 1/4" long.

I am going to try and locate my silver polish so I can show you how beautiful these are polished.

These are in excellent condition with normal and expected wear for the age, nothing that detracts from this set.
