You are looking at a insignia patch proudly produced in the U.S.A. by the now defunct , General Emblem & Military Supply CO. (GEMSCO tm) since 1871, in new condition (unless noted) of unknown vintage.
A great addition to your collection !
This vintage patch is apparently a former official issue of GEMSCO, INC.
Featuring a insignia patch for DynOmite. Inscription in Royal Blue & Red on a background of White Twill. Royal Blue merrowed border & Teflon coated backing.

Patch Measures: 5 1/4" x 1 3/4"(approximately)
The Patch appears to be machine hand embroidered with factory "tail" still intact (not computer generated) with a combination of the finest Robinson-AntonTM, threads, such as, rayon, polyester, and metallic.
All of our patches have been acquired from a large private collection, (most verified with agency purchase order documentation of authenticity) that we are offering to the public for the first time.
This Patch is in NEW condition and has never been sewn or ironed on; ... It is a great keepsake, addition to your collection, or gift .... military, law enforcement, fire, and federal patches are not to be worn, or used as clothing accessories.
