Besides determining shipping costs based on item weight, dimensions and new USPS Postal increases....please also take into consideration that I, as a seller, have to pay for shipping supplies (tape, boxes/envelopes, bubble wrap, gas to postal service, paper, ink for shipping labels, as well as ebay charges for listings and Paypal fees for receiving payments.
