Vintage English Fine Bone China Spring Blossom Tea Cup and Saucer

This English-made fine bone china cup and saucer features a lovely handpainted pattern of white flowers with pink centres and tan leaves. The handle, foot and interior of the cup and well of the saucer are white. The cup's exterior and saucer are light blue.

The waisted, slightly flared and fluted cup as well as the scalloped saucer are gilded.

Made by the E. Brain Company, the backstamp dates the manufacture of this Foley bone china cup and saucer to between 1948 and 1963.

Condition:Very Good. No chips. No cracks. No crazing. There is some gold rub on the handle and around the rim of the cup. The rest of the gold is intact.
