Terms of Sale:
Payment expected within 3 days after the end of auction (Mon-Fri).
The vast majority of items are sold with DOA warranty. This means if the item is Dead on Arrival, we will replace or refund the item at our discretion. The DOA warranty is a 30 Day inspection period, unless otherwise noted in our auction. Please install or test items promptly upon receipt. If the item is DOA please email us immediately. If there is a problem with your transaction, we will promptly address it, once you bring it to our attention.
RETURN TERMS:
The DOA warranty does not cover shipping, which is never refundable.
Returned items must not be abused or intentionally damaged.
All items are inspected before return is processed.
Merchandise should be properly packed.
Returns should be shipped via traceable means.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
