On this auction, we have a White Milk Glass Vase or Planter, made by E O Brody, out of Cleveland, Ohio, USA.  The pattern is stipled, and looks like 3 pinwheels.   

This vase is in excellent used condition.  No chips, no cracks, no Flea Bites,  Magnificent shape for its age.  It measures  4 1/2" by 4 1/2".
