CAR MAY BE A PEUGOET ALTHOUGH NOT SURE
MARKED ON BASE:WEST BROS., GRAPEVILLE PA.PAT. APPLIED FOR WITH SERIEL NUMBERCONDITION....I have found 2 defects. Both are extremely minor and very hard to see or find. One missing sliver under one wheel which does not effect the integrity of the glass. The second is a flea bite on the front of the frame. Both are much to small to photograph. I have attached a modest reserve to protect my investment.
