Paypal echecks will be held until the payment clears as they are the same as a paper check and just as likely to have problems clearing. Q: I sent payment through paypal and the funds were taken from my checking account, Paypal has not marked the item paid. Why?
A: You paid using a Paypal echeck. Your bank puts the funds on hold before they transfer them to Paypal. Paypal automatically tries to get you to pay with an echeck because they make more profit on them. Please choose another payment option when sending a Paypal payment unless you don't mind a 1 week delay in shipping.
Q: You emailed me a shipping notification and tracking # and the tracking # doesn't work. Why?
A: You have tried to enter the tracking # too soon after shipment or typed the number incorrectly on the UPS website. We send shipping notifications within 48 hours of shipping, usually the same day we ship. The tracking # will not be available to track on the carriers website until the package has been scanned at their terminal and sent on its way. Please wait until at least 10pm EST the day of shipment to try to track a package. Also, please do not try to type the tracking # into the carrier websites tracking page. Simply copy and paste the numbet to avoid entering the wrong tracking #.
Q: Can I have my package sent to and address other than the one I have registered on Ebay and Paypal?
A: Yes. But, any changes to your shipping address should be done through Paypal. We will not be held responsible if you email us an eddress different than the one you provide with payment. It takes only a minute to add a shipping address to your Paypal account so please take the time to do it properly to avoid any problems. We often ship orders within a couple minutes of the payment being sent and use the address provided with payment as the address we will ship to. If you do not send us a change of address properly and the shipment is sent to your original Paypal address you will be responsible for all extra shipping costs to have the package rerouted.
Q: I paid for my item on Friday afternoon of last week and it has been 8 days since then. Where is my item?
A: You are probably located in the West, West-Midwest or Soutwest part of the country. If you pay for an item on a Friday afternoon your time, it is early evenning our time so the shipment can't be made until the following monday morning. This means that if you live across the country from us you may not get the bat that week. If you have any question about how long it will take for your package to arrive please visit UPS.com and use zip code 08034 to calcute time in transit. There time in transit page will let you know how long you should have to wait.
Q: I have my mail delivered to a PO box. Can I have my package sent there?
A: No. We ship via UPS and rarely make our way to the PO. In order to service ALL of our customers to the best of our abilities we do not make exceptions. If you don't want your package arriving via UPS at your house you must provide an alternate address (work, neighbor, family member, etc...) and register that address on paypal. Our policies regarding not allowing PO boxes for US orders and requiring phone #s for international orders are not to give anyone a hard time. They are to make sure that the package arrives to you, our customer, in the fastest possible fashion.
Q: I purchased the wrong item. Can I get a refund or exchange?
A: Yes. If you purchased the wrong item and want a refund please see our return policy below. If you want to exchange for a different size there are some limitations. First, want to send back for exchange must be in its original wrapper. Please do not say that it hasn't been openned and try to tape the wrapper back on (it happens) as we will send it back to you. 2nd, if you want to exchange sizes there may be a price difference. Many times one particular size of a item is less valuable than another. If you puchased one of the less popular sizes and want to exchange it for a more popular size you will have to pay the price difference based on recent auction sales. 3rd, you are responsible for sending the bat back and you must pay for us to ship you the new item.
Q: I am thinking of bidding on your item. Is it a blem, demo or second and has it been used?
A: No. We clearly state the condition of the items in our description. Unless otherwise stated in the beginning of the description, every item is brand new of the highest quality exactly like any similar item you would pay more for in stores. It is a bit of a pet-peave of ours to have to answer questions concerning issues that are clearly stated in the description.
