Passing the ACLS course is a requirement for many participants in the allied health field, including nurses, EMT-Ps, and respiratory therapists. Easy ACLS is meant to be a "quick reference" study guide to the material presented in the ACLS course. It emphasizes and highlights those points most critical to understanding the ACLS material and passing the course. For those taking ACLS as a refresher, Easy ACLS specifically includes information on the new algorithms and medications recommended by the American Heart Association in the revised ACLS Standards and a chapter on what is new in the course. An entire chapter is devoted to case presentations, "mega-code scenarios", to illustrate the entire spectrum of patient management and prepare the student for the ACLS course's emphasis on case-based teaching format.

The book is in very good condition, appears unread; there are the usual library markings, stickers, stamps, card pocket, date due slip and indications on some pages, inside covers and outer page edges; there is a library sticker taped to the spine; binding intact; no loose or torn pages; normal shelf wear. Nice, crisp, clean, solid copy.

The only book you regret is the one you didn't buy.
