     A sampler afghan is a great way to learn new stitches and to build your skill level as a knitter. This sampler contains 20 unique 12-inch squares. 15 of the blocks are rated as easy, one block is beginner level and three blocks are intermediate level.

     Since all the blocks are 12-inch squares, you can use them to create the perfect size spa cloths to give as gifts or you can create your own throw or afghan, mixing and matching the blocks that you prefer.

     Instructions are given in both words and also in chart form, so you can use the form with which you are most comfortable.

     This is a new issue from House of White Birches. Color photos of each square with full instruction.  Soft cover, 48 pages.
