PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION PRIOR TO PURCHASE. Please make sure you compare any part number(s) listed on the ad with your current item's part number(s); this will ensure you are purchasing the correct part. Please don't throw anything away as packing will be need to file a damage claim. If your item arrives damaged and you do not keep the box and packaging, the claim will most likely be refused by the shipping company so we won't allow a return. Items
ordered in error will be charged a restocking fee on the item's price and we will NOT refund the shipping charges. The restock fee for returned items is typically 15-30% depending on the return. You will be informed prior to returning the item(s) what restock fee will apply to your order. ANY PRODUCT BEING RETURNED TO US MUST HAVE AN RMA FORM INCLUDED. WHEN A RETURN HAS BEEN APPROVED, YOU WILL BE GIVEN ACCESS TO AN RMA FORM WHICH MUST BE FILLED-OUT AND INCLUDED WITH THE ITEM BEING RETURNED. IF A PRODUCT IS RETURNED TO US WITHOUT AN RMA FORM, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO HOLD YOUR RETURN UNTIL YOU CONTACT US TO GIVE US THE NEEDED INFORMATION TO PROCESS THE RETURN. THE RMA FORM CAN ONLY BE USED FOR THE ORDER FOR WHICH IT WAS ISSUED; IT CANNOT BE USED TO RETURN OTHER PRODUCTS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN APPROVED BY VIVO FOR RETURN. Requests to modify your order (such as change your shipping address) or cancel your order after payment has been submitted will be subject to an additional charge in order to compensate for the time involved in cancelling a processed and/or fulfilled order. Payments must be made within 10
days of the end of the auction. If payment has not been received within 10 days
from the sale date, we reserve the right to relist the item again and mark the
sale as "unpaid".
Payments accepted: PayPal and All Major Credit Cards.
**We gladly accept PayPal! However, payments MUST be completed
using the checkout system. DO NOT send a PayPal payment directly by logging into
your PayPal account - it WILL NOT be recognized by our software and your item WILL NOT be
shipped until you contact us and further arrangements are made.
**Payments sent in the mail
MUST include the item number of the item(s) purchased.
If you have a problem
with your order, PLEASE contact US so we can help you, rather than contacting
your credit card issuer or starting a dispute with PayPal or GoogIe Checkout.
Once PayPal/GoogIe Checkout or a credit card issuer is involved, we are limited
on how much we can assist you, and may not be able to give you the support you
desire. If a chargeback or dispute is filed, we are not in charge of the
outcome.
Requests to modify your
order after payment has been submitted will be subject to an additional charge,
the value of which will be determined on a "per-request" basis. If the order has
already shipped, no modifications will be allowed.

feedback, and have not received a return feedback reply after 7 days, please

UPS OVERNIGHT SHIPPING (Next Day Air) is available on all items shipping to addresses within the US. Your order must be paid by 2:00 PM CST in order to be shipped that day. You do NOT need to contact us to arrange for overnight shipping; simply purchase the item you want and choose "Next Day Air" shipping at the checkout. If you have any questions, let us know. NOTE: We process and ship orders Monday - Fridays. We will ship to any address within the US and Canada, including US territories. Shipping outside of US and Canada is not currently available. UPS does not ship to "PO Box addresses". If your order has a "PO Box address" for the ship-to address, and you have chosen UPS shipping, we reserve the right to ship your order with USPS Priority Mail instead. To prevent this substitution, please provide a physical shipping address for all UPS orders. Shipping charges cover postage, processing and packaging. All items are shipped insured, paid for by the buyer. Please check the shipping calculator for your shipping charges. By bidding you agree to these charges. On a NORMAL day all paid orders are shipped before the following cut off times 7 AM CST for USPS and 2 PM CST for UPS. Please contact us about the status of an order ONLY if you believe there may be a problem, or if it has been 7 business days since we received payment, and you have not received your order. If you have purchased more than 1 item or wish to purchase more than 1 item, please wait for us to send you a combined invoice. **USPS does NOT track packages, if your order is shipped USPS Priority mail and you receive a "tracking" number via email, that number just lets you know we shipped your order, and then it lets us know when you receive your order. After you receive that number it should take 2-4 business days to receive your order.**
Please note: We no longer offer actual USPS First Class Mail shipping,
due to the bad experiences our customer have had in the past with lost/delayed
packages. Therefore, we have upgraded to UPS Mail Innovations to provide
consistent, quality service. Since UPS does such a good job of keeping track of
packages, they will be transporting your package until your town, where they
will transfer the package to your local USPS, who will deliver the package to
you. Until the package reaches the USPS, you'd need to track the package using
the UPS Mail Innovations website. Please note that it takes at least 48 business
hours for the tracking number to provide information at the website. If you
choose USPS First Class Mail at the checkout, your order will be shipped with
UPS Mail Innovations. **International customers will have to pay ALL duties and taxes that occur. Please check with your country for restrictions, duties, and taxes collected by your country. We do not refund shipping costs for items rejected by your customs. **If the shipping carrier returns a package to us (undelivered, refused, etc.), we will contact you and let you know that we have received the package. (If the package was shipped with UPS: We are charged a fee by UPS for any package returned to us - this fee will be passed on to you.) You will have the opportunity to make any address corrections, if necessary, and the item can be reshipped (at your expense). If you do not want the package to be reshipped to you, we will allow you to choose a refund (of the item's price) minus a 20% restock fee. If we do not receive a response from you within 30 days after we contact you, the item will be restocked to inventory and you will not receive any compensation for your order.
