EBI SpinalPak II Fusion Bone Growth Stimulator

EBI SpinalPak II Fusion Stimulator is prescribed by doctors after fusion (back) surgery.  The understanding is that this is a medical instrument to be used per doctors instructions.  The SpinalPak II delivers a treatment signal to the area of your surgery that is intended to help your back to heal.  The signal operates at a high frequency; therefore, you should not feel the signal during your treatment.  Two light weight dermal electrodes which look like round bandages, are placed on your spine, four to six inches apart from one another, at the level of your back surgery.  These electrodes, which are necessary for delivering the electrical signal to your surgery site, are easy to apply and extremely lightweight.  The stimulator is battery operated with a rechargeable battery pack.  Upon connection of the charged battery pack, the stimulator is automatically activated ready to deliver treatment.

I used this unit after S1 spinal fusion surgery, which was extremely successful.  This unit assisted in the healing and growth of the new bone and allowed my hardware to be removed 6 months earlier than expected.
