Our Return Policy
  • Only defective-on-arrival motherboards may be returned.  We must receive the motherboard back within 15 days, starting from the day the item is delivered, as according to the provided USPS tracking number. 
  • Buyer must contact us prior to a return to obtain a return-merchandise-authorization (RMA) number. 
  • Once this 15 day period has passed, we will not accept any returns or exchanges.  No exceptions.
  • The shipping fee is the sole responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded. 
  • Any signs of physical damage or abuse will void our return policy.  The original serial number must be unaltered and intact.
All of our motherboards are still under manufacturer warranty.  Exception applies to models that are over 3 years old, in which the original warranty period has expired.
Shipping and Packaging

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged mail if insurance is not purchased.
  • Item will be mailed within 1 day of payment.  If payment is received before 11 AM PST, the item will go out the very same day.  We ship Monday through Friday. 
  • We double box all of our motherboards for shipping.
