HANDLING & SHIPPING FEES: Vary per item, depending on its size & packing required (amount included in the calculation at right side of this section). We reserve the right to choose a shipper of our choice. We normally only ship by FEDEX ground or air, (over 150 pounds by common carrier) we do not normally ship by USPS (there will be a $25 minimum surcharge for USPS shipments added to the estimated actual cost, because they have to be manually processed). FIXED RATE shipping fees are estimates, and may vary depending on destination and fuel surcharges. Handling Fees for Local Pickups(not shipped items) range from $8 to $200 (Which may also be displayed below the shipping rate calculation). We reserve the right to charge additional administrative fees for use of Buyers shipper. All shipping costs quoted include Handling Fees. Items not picked up within 20 days of the sale date will be subject to daily storage fees. Items not picked up within 90 days will be resold for storage fees; any balance of monies left, shall remain with the Seller as Liquidated Damages.

SHIPPING ADDRESS: Please be complete and accurate when supplying your address upon checkout (Apt, Suite #). Please supply your telephone number at the checkout so the shipper may contact you if needed for delivery arrangements. No "P.O. Box" shipments. If your item is returned, due to the shipper not being able to deliver your package, you will be responsible for paying additional freight fees for a 2nd delivery attempt. If you do not complete the checkout thoroughly and accurately, this will delay the processing of your order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We do not normally ship by USPS to Canada. only FEDEX Ground . Economy air to all other countries. Special boat container arrangements for large items. Minimum Surcharge of $25 for USPS shipments. Many countries impose their own customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. on items being shipped from a foreign country. We do not cover these tariff and associated fees for our customers.
COMBINED SHIPPING: We normally charge reduced shipping for 2 or more items packed in the same box. We only give combined shipping on sales that occur within an 24 hour period. 50% shipping cost for each additional item. We do not normally give combined shipping on large individually packed items.
INSURANCE & LIABILITY: Items over $100 must be insured by Buyer (we supply with shipping and charge you). We are not responsible for the Item after it is picked by the shipping carrier. We will cooperate with you, for whatever is reasonably necessary for you to file a claim with the carrier for loss or damage by the shipper.
TRUCKING FEES (Common Carrier LTL): For items weighing over 150 pounds we ship using common carriers. Our fixed price shipping is estimated, so contact us for a firm shipping quotation. Insurance available is minimal on common carrier loads, so if you need more insurance, you need to advise us, so that we can bill you for additional insurance. We use competitively priced shipping brokers. We also add our costs of palletizing and strapping to any shipping quote. If you wish to use your own carrier, we will charge you an Administrative Fee in addition to actual costs of packaging. Please feel free to contact us for a shipping quote.
ITEM TRACKING: We will attempt to ship your item within 1-5 days after payment has been received (except personal checks). You will receive an Email to the shippers link with a tracking number and estimated delivery date. |
