The EF-4418 is an upgraded version of the EF-4417. A large multitude of exercises can be done with simple adjustments in a small single footprint on the EF-4418. Upper body workouts are the easiest to perform by adjusting the 31.75” L x 8”-10.75” W back pad to any one of the nine flat, incline, decline and military positions along the rear decline rail and securing the position with the handy pop-pin. The 15.75” L x 10.75”-13.5” W seat pad is also adjustable to match the position of the back pad or the leg length of the user and covered with 2.5” thick foam. This adjusts with a very simple steel pivot bar to two unique incline positions in addition to the flat position. The included adjustable preacher pad also increases the amount of exercises capable on the EF-4418. This allows for great isolation of the biceps during curls and can be removed to avoid hindering a free range of motion during other exercises. The six adjustments allow for users of various heights to use the preacher pad without obstruction.

The major upgrade that the EF-4418 holds over the EF-4417 is the included leg developer and integrated curl handle. This dual use developer allows for leg curls and leg extensions to be done comfortably when plate weights are added to the standard weight post (a removable Olympic adapter is also included). The removable curl handle allows users to utilize the weight on the leg developer post for bicep curls with the rolled and thickly padded preacher pad. Each of these features are connected to a sturdy 14 gauge frame and any portions of the frame that require assembly are done so with large steel bolts and nuts for the most stable frame that is least likely to sway or rock. The large front U bar allows for ab and bicep training with the contoured 4” ankle pads and removable preacher pad without any chance of tipping that can occasionally occur in units with a straight or smaller front brace bar. This U bar as well as the wide T bar at the back of the EF-4418 is topped with rubber skid-proof end caps to resist sliding even during a quick workout.
