Nice new old stock CV4086 tubes, these are identical to GEC Genelex CV4085 military issue EF86 tubes except for having wire leads instead of pins (thus they can be soldered directly to a printed circuit board, which can have advantages as it eliminates potential contact problems with loose or noisy sockets) If you're tired of exorbitant prices for decent new old stock EF86, try these!

Tubes are currently in Europe and will be directly drop-shipped to you from Europe.

Tubes are tested and test within normal factory tolerance for transconductance, and for leakage and shorts.

Tubes are guaranteed for 30 days against defects (but not breakage, so don't smash them with a hammer!), so long as you're willing to mail back anything that doesn't work right. I don't have a rig for testing EF86's for microphonics, but if you get any that are excessively microphonic, that's covered, too (generally speaking GEC tubes are pretty good as far as microphonics is concerned).
