SHIPPING: We usually ship:
USPS First Class (Items less than 13 ounces)
USPS Parcel Post (we can add to listing if you want…we don’t recommend due to length of service time)
USPS Priority Mail (Items less than 2 pounds)
UPS Ground (Items more than 2 pounds or large in size)
We try to set exact shipping by using the shipping calculator. If you feel the postage is incorrect, please email us and we will manually check the postage for you. You can select your shipping choice at the close of auction, but we reserve the right to switch it if the postage you paid will not cover the item and the other method of shipping will. If you have any questions or concerns, please send us an email.
COMBINING PURCHASES: We do combine shipping on multiple purchases. The computer should automatically calculate the postage by weight and adjust the postage. If this does not occur, we will send you an invoice with the purchases combined or refund any excessive postage you may have paid.
INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: Please be assured that we ship your items out immediately and will send you a confirmation or tracking number. Please be advised, if you choose USPS first class, there is no tracking…only confirmation once it has delivered. This method can take up to 3-4 weeks. We cannot be held responsible for items being held over in customs. We will not ship as “gift” or reduce the value of our shipments. Any taxes and/or fees charged to you upon pickup in your country are not covered by the shipping you pay to us. Please check with your local customs to determine any fees and/or taxes you may have to pay.
RETURNS: We generally do not accept returns unless we have made an error in our listing, but please contact us if you have any questions regarding your purchase. When returns are authorized, all items must be in their original unopened packaging. Any guarantees or warranties implied on product packaging are through the manufacturer. We cannot guarantee items which we do not manufacture, but we can help you locate who you should contact should you have any issues with your product.

LOCAL PICKUPS: No shipping will be charged for local pick-ups, but we are required by law to charge you our local sales tax which is 9.75% if you come to us to pick-up or if we mail within Tennessee.
