EGW Makes comps for 30 different companies.

Along the way there were people that wanted to be able to put a hybrid comp on a std barrel, people that wanted a bull barrel out of a std barrel and people that wanted to use an aluminum comp but know an aluminum cone would not hold up.

The inside thread is .575 x 40 std issue for 1911 comp guns today and for several years now.

The outside thread is the 11/16 x 40 thread used on Bull barrels and hibrid barrels from people like Schuman.

THIS auction is for the CONE ONLY. The EGW collar reverse plug is for illustration only.

You can also install this on a std barrel and go to the bull configuration removing the bushing and installing a Reverse plug.

If you are building a short gun and need to make a bull barrel for a non std lenght this is the ticket.
