IN NICE CONDITION, BUT WITH SPLIT RUNNING 3/4 of the WAY THRU the CENTER. POASTAGE is HIGH DUE to the LARGE SIZE of this MAP ( SENT FOLDED ALONG the CENTER SPLIT )
