I offer a large variety of items and do not specialize in any one area. The majority of my items are acquired through estates, home sales, storage bins, closeouts etc. etc. We describe them to the best of our ability and use multiple photos to help aid you in your bidding decisions. All items are as pictured and described. If you do not see a particular part or that part is not described in the auction then it most likely IS NOT INCLUDED. When able, items that require testing are tested, however there are some items that we (for whatever reason) are unable to test. Those items are sold AS-IS untested which means there is no guarantee that they will work as originally intended. Any items that are untested will be described as such in the item description, likewise with items that are tested. In most cases these items are fine, but in some cases they are not.
If you have any questions whatsover in regards to an auction don't hesitate to contact PRIOR TO BIDDING. By placing a bid you are agreeing to all the parameters set forth within the auction. Your bid is a binding contract and will be treated as such.

Regarding Classes of Mail and Delivery Times:

While Media Mail and Parcel Post are cost effective they are also the slowest methods of transport. Within the continental U.S. (lower 48) these can take up to two to three weeks to arrive. Please keep this in mind when choosing class of mail during checkout. DO NOT EXPECT TO RECEIVE MEDIA MAIL SHIPMENTS ANY SOONER THAN TWO WEEKS. Sometimes it will arrive quicker, most times this is not the case. In some instances if Parcel Post is chosen we may upgrade the shipment to Fed Ex Ground since they are a more efficient means of transport and also include free insurance up to $100 (which the post office does not).

Priority Mail is generally 2-3 business days, however there is no guarantee of this. All domestic orders are shipped with some type of tracking information. This information will be emailed to you when your order is processed and in most cases will be available in the order details of our transaction. Since we process online you may not see any progress on your package for the first day or so as our local post office indicated to us that they are not required to scan these type of packages upon arrival. They will be scanned at the processing center and along the way to your residence / business.


Regarding Our Processing Time:

We are a very small operation and ship out twice a week. Due to this please expect a minimum of four business days (even though most orders will ship out sooner). All orders are important to us, however no order is more important than another. We appreciate your business so please respect our posted processing time. Choosing Priority or Express Services WILL NOT NEGATE the posted processing time. (In most cases since I do not ship daily I do not offer Express shipping within the U.S.) By purchasing this item you are agreeing to this processing time. Expecting anything different can be just as frustrating for me as it is for you. Orders placed between 9:01 am on Wednesday and 9:00am on Saturday will ship the following Tuesday (three days after Saturday). Orders placed between 9:01am on Saturday and 9:00am Wednesday will be shipped on Friday of that week.

Regarding Shipping Costs:

In most transactions we use the shipping calculator so you can determine the cost of having the item shipped to you prior to placing a bid or making an offer. Please do not contact to question the shipping cost, it is not negotiable. Shipping is not only based on the weight of an item but also on the dimensions of the item after packaging as well as where you reside (an item shipped from the east coast to the west coast will cost quite a bit more than an item sent within the same state). Also do not overlook the fact that boxes do add to the weight so even though an item itself may weigh less than a pound in many instances the weight of the box and packing materials will bring the weight over a pound. Before asking about flat rate shipping please check the dimensions of the item and compare them to the dimensions provided on the usps.com website. In the case of a fragile items keep in mind there has to be adequate room for bubble wrap and packing material. We have no handling charge and make nothing on the shipping.

Feedback:

I leave feedback when your payment is received, we would appreciate feedback once your item is received. As you know feedback is very important to all buyers and appreciate your positive ratings. If you have any problems with the transaction please allow us the chance to resolve your issue prior to posting feedback.  My promise is to have your item shipped to you within the four business days noted in the processing time, please do not fault us for any postal or Fed Ex delays as that is something beyond our control. Remember MEDIA MAIL and PARCEL POST are cost effective but are also slow methods of delivery. If you have time constraints choosing either of those methods will most likely not get your item to you on time.

Returns:

Returns are only accepted for items significantly different than described and pictured. If there is a problem with your shipment please contact us first and allow up to 48 hours for response (maximum). Give us the chance to solve your problem prior to taking your issue to ebay or feedback. I'm here to help.
