There are over 700 pcs + roof pieces.. Includes the 16 page guide to build the different buildings.

There is one roof 11.5" by 8.75". Three roofs 9.5" by 7". Two roofs 7" by 7". Three roofs 5.25" by 5.25". One 7" by 1.75". One 7" by 1.50".
