Our Kit comes completely assembled. All you have to do is slide 1 tube over the fitting and tighten the clamp. This Model is ELITE because it mixes the methanol and lye for you. Most problems occur due to the lye not being fully dissolved in your methanol. The METHOXIDE pump takes care of that for you. Our processor utilizes a pre-filter to filter the used vegetable oil so that the "junk" isn't being pushed through the system. Also, already plumbed into the system is a 10-micro GoldenRod diesel fuel flter to ensure a clean post production biodiesel. We also use a 12-hour timer, so that when you mix your catalyst and used oil it can mix at least the recommended amount of time (3-hours) without you having to check on it. The complete instruction manual will guide you through the easy steps to make you own Biodiesel. All you will to provide with this kit is methanol, lye, and regular tap water (to wash the Biodiesel). This kit utilizes regular 110v power from your house. Easy to set-up and even easier to use.
