This listing is for an Elrathia kingi trilobite on matrix. It comes from the Middle Cambrian period. The trilobite is 1 1/2 inches long and is on a matrix 5 inches by 3 inches. This is a LARGE SPECIMEN. This item comes from Millard County, Utah. The trilobite was one of the most abundant life forms of the Cambrian period, dating back over 500 million years. Trilobite's were ocean floor dwelling arthropods that developed a body of three vertical lobes, a hard external covering, flexible joints and circulatory, nervous, digestive and reproductive system. Don't pass this one. THIS IS A GREAT LOOKING TRILOBITE.
