WE USE CANADA POST FOR SHIPPING

Our listings are on the USA & Canada sites but Canadians please note that where it states 'UPS', that will be shipped XPRESS POST (1-2 day delivery); standard delivery is lettermail.

For our USA customers, we ship light or small packet air where possible to reduce costs; if you require Xpress Post we can give you a quote

All other countries; light packet air & small packet ground are standard methods of shipping: It is very costly to ship via air for larger/heavier packages so please email if you wish to upgrade shipping.

Also please take into consideration that we ship DAILY & your package leaves our hands within 48 business hours of payment receipt.

It is completely beyond our control if the mail system &/or your Country's Customs Department delays delivery to you.

Bear this in mind & be fair when giving feedback please. We send an email letting you know the parcel is AT the post office, NOT just ready to go!

There is no shipping on weekends or holidays as the town has no service at those times.

Sam loves custom orders as this ensures you are receiving exactly what you need & want.  This is true for sizes, colours, lengths, clasps, etc.  So, please, do not hesitate to ask if we have exactly what you are looking for.  The charge for custom orders is either free or very minimal ~ material only, no fees for labour!

We will carry quite an array of items but do cater to helping those in need of ideas &/or products to increase their quality of life in the most natural method possible, especially pain reduction & stress relief, at the lowest possible prices.
