On May 31st, 2009 MTV held their annual live televised Movie Awards. I attended the awards and was seated directly in front of Rap / Hip-Hop star Eminem during the infamous Brüno (a.k.a. Sacha Baron Cohen) introduction. During the tussle that ensued between Brüno and Eminem's entourage (known as D12), feathers from Brüno's angel outfit began to fly. Two of these feathers are included in this auction (see below).

This was a controversial and highly publicized moment, which has made television and pop culture history. Sacha Baron Cohen's "Brüno" currently tops the film box office earning over $30 million it's first weekend. These items are undoubtedly significant to all fans of Eminem who also performed two songs from his just-released album "Relapse" that same night.

This auction contains the following:

  • (2) Authentic feathers from infamous "Angel" costume worn by Sacha Baron Cohen's character "Brüno".
  • (1) Authentic 2009 MTV Movie Awards ticket (Watermarked with various security and anti-forgery stickers. NOTE: Exact seat number has been intentionally blurred in auction photo).
  • (1) Authentic Red Carpet / Limo Pass (Security stickers and markings. NOTE: ID number has been intentionally blurred in auction photo).
