·         Shipping to Hawaii & Puerto Rico:  First item $3.25, each additional add $1.50. Via USPS First Class or Parcel Post. 

·         Shipping to Canada:  First item $3.50, each additional add $1.75. Via USPS First Class International. Usually takes 6-10 days depending on Canadian customs.

·         Shipping to Europe:  First item $4.50, each additional add $2.25. Via USPS First Class International. Other International buyers, email for quote.

·   Combine shipping: yes, we combine shipping. If you order multiple signages, or other items. When check out, click 'request total/invoice', and we will adjust your invoice to combine shipping rate.   

·         You will get shipping notification via email. Tracking number is available upon request at no cost.

·         Insurance is available upon request.

·         Fast shipping is our goal. We are committed to process order within 1-2 business days after payment is secured.   

RETURN POLICY

·         We accept returns within 5 business days after order is received. We encourage you to check order immediately when it is delivered.  Please contact us within 5 business days if you have any concern, else returns will not be accepted.

·         Buyer is responsible for any shipping cost to return product for an exchange, unless it is mistake caused by us. Product returned for exchange must be in resellable condition. Restocking fee is 10% of product value, and will be billed to you.

·         In case any defectives: First, take a picture, and email to asknetway@yahoo.com with a detail description. We will review the case and issue a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization). Defective item may be  replace or exchange. Buyer need to report  within 5 business days after receipt of product for a valid RMA.
