   Return Policy

ANY PERSONALIZED ITEM IS NOT RETURNABLE ONCE CUSTOMIZED. Some items are excluded, those items that are not personalized in any way can be returned as long as rec'd in same condition as sent, not worn, washed and all original tags in place. and all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refundable. Due to long delays with customs, we can not accept any returns outside the USA or Canada. IF ITEM CAME WITH FREE SHIPPING THE COST OF OUR SHIPPING TO YOU WILL ALSO BE DEDUCTED FROM REFUND.

     Payment:

Payment is due in seven days. If payment is not rec’d we must file a non-paying bidder claim with EBAY to recoup our seller fees that were charged when bidder purchased item. PayPal is our preferred payment service. Any customer outside of the USA must pay by PayPal, no exceptions.
