RETURNS:
- You must contact us for return authorization and address before any returns or exchanges.
- We offer a 30-day money back guarantee from date of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- All items come with full manufacturer’s warranty. If an item seems defective please contact the manufacturer’s customer support first to confirm this.
- Please contact us to replace a defective unit. The buyer is responsible for shipping the return to us, we will cover shipping a replacement. International customers pay for shipping both ways.

- All items ship within 3 business days of cleared payment received by 9am EST; most items ship the next business day. Please use the shipping calculator in the listing for an accurate price quote.
- Tracking information is automatically sent to your PayPal email address within 24 hours of shipment. If you have not received tracking within three days of payment please check your spam filter before contacting us. We only ship on business days, not weekends or holidays. We do not offer local pick-up.
- We must ship to the address PayPal gives us and the name of the Paypal account holder so please make sure your address is correct before placing your order. We can’t change the shipping address once you have paid.
DOMESTIC:
- Most orders ship UPS ground. Transit times are 1-7 business days depending on your location.
- Items with very low value sometimes ship USPS Priority, check the listing for the shipping method.
- Please use the shipping calculator for the shipping price. If you are purchasing several different items you can contact us for a combined shipping quote.
- If purchasing outside of the continental U.S. which include Hawaii, Alaska and Military APO please contact us for USPS priority quote.
INTERNATIONAL:
- We only ship USPS Global Express or Global Priority depending on the item. Express orders are estimated to arrive within 2 business weeks of actual shipment, Priority within 3-4 weeks of shipment. Transit times can vary for a variety of countries.
- We can’t control customs delays in your country thus shipments may take longer than we expect. We ship everything within 3 business days of receiving payment, not including weekends or holidays.
- We can mark item as a gift or with a lower realistic value for customs only if you make a note of it in the PayPal notes as you are paying for the item. We can’t accept special requests after you have paid.
- YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CUSTOMS CHARGES, VAT AND OTHER TAXES IN YOUR COUNTRY, as well as any additional carrier fees. We don’t know these charges in different countries; they are collected by the carrier upon delivery.
