Payment is due by 7 days after auction close. A NPB report is automatically filed after 10 days. Please do not bid on or use BIN to win an item you are not going to pay for. We will no longer offer Mutual Retraction to withdraw the bid should an "accident" occur. We will file the NPB report and if no payment is received we will send it to Ebay. We are sorry, but the alarming number of "accidents" that are occuring is what is driving this policy change.

Free Shipping for all US orders. Shipping is by USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation. In addition, we will automatically upgrade all purchases of three or more items that are paid for on a single invoice to USPS Priority Mail.
International orders are shipped via Global/international Priority Mail, and are charged regular shipping price $12.00 for the first item, and each item after is $2.00.

To checkout, simply bid/Buy it now for as many items as you would like, when all auctions have ended go to your My Ebay and click Pay Now for that purchase. You will be directed to our secure payment system where you will be presented with an combined invoice that will reflect free or combined (international) shipping. There may be a few extra steps to our checkout, but it is part of what allows us to provide you fast and accurate order processing, along with flexible payment choices and are sure you will agree that it is worth the extra steps when your package shows up in a timely manner.

The most important step is to get us the correct shipping address when you check out. Please double check that you have correctly entered your ship to address. I spend hours each day answering questions for our customers and even if you email me 5 seconds after you hit the submit button and realize you put in the wrong address, our shipping department will see the completed order long before I will see your email asking me to correct it, and your package will be shipped to the address you put in. We will now require that the package be returned to us before we re-ship to your correct address. We will not re-ship if it is not returned to us, you will need to recover the package from wherever you had us send it. We are no longer willing to eat the costs of these kinds of errors. We understand that they happen, but we are not the ones liable in the event it does. Previously we shipped another product right out, but after several cases where the people at the wrong address just kept the product instead of returning it, we will not take that chance any more.

For all of our customers: All items will be shipped within 1 business day of receipt of payment (Mon-Fri). We use Delivery Confirmation so we can verify delivery, we do not provide tracking on your package. We will provide the DC number (sometimes it helps, sometimes it does not)to you if 10 days have passed and your package has not arrived. Any requests for the DC number before that time will not receive a response. Delivery confirmation is just that, confirmation by the Post Office that the package has been delivered and it cannot be used as a tracking service other than an end point verification. If the USPS shows the item we shipped scanned into the system, there will be a 30 day waiting period before we declare the package lost and refund. We have been having increasing problems with delayed shipping with the USPS (budget cuts I guess!), but once we have put the package in the mail and the DC shows the packages was received by the PO, the time for shipping is out of our hands. We will not refund a package before the 30 day mark, but will hope that the Post Office will eventually do the job we paid them to do and deliver your package.

Regarding customs forms for our international customers: Your customs forms will be marked appropriately for what the package contains. We will not break the law and appreciate your understanding. International customers are responsible for any Tarrifs and Duty charges your country imposes on the package. Recently there has been a very large increase in customs charges on packages to the UK, please be aware they will not finish delivery of the package to you until the Royal Mail has collected the VAT and the hefty fee they charge. As awful as I think this is, it is not my doing and is the customers responsiblity to pay.
