IT HAS BEEN ELECTRIFIED. THE WHITE SHADE IS NOT SMOOTH AROUND THE EDGES LIKE THE NEWER ONES. I WISH I COULD SAY IT IS PERFECT BUT IT ISN'T. SOMEONE DECIDED TO PAINT GOLD OVER THE IRON. I LIKE IT! BUT I KNOW SOME OF YOU WILL NOT. THE IRON IS A HAMMERED IRON AS SHOWN IN THE PICS. THE POTTERY IS A DEPICTION OF OLD ROMA. CHILDREN IN TOGAS. IT HAS A CAPODIMONTE FEEL TO IT. IT IS A LITTLE DIRTY BUT NO BREAKS, CRACKS OR CHIPS THE VERY BOTTOM PORTIN OF IT IS PAINTED THE SAME RUSTY RED THAT YOU SEE IN THE LINE PAINTED AROUND. THE BLUE IS A DRAPED FLORAL DEPICTION. AT IT'S WIDEST IT MEASURES 13". FROM BOTTOM TO TOP CAP IT MEASURES 34". IT WEIGHS 12 POUNDS. A VERY WONDERFUL EUROPEAN OLD ROMA STYLE.
