This is a high quality reproduction concert poster for the historic Alpine Valley Music Theater shows in Troy WI 1990. What a fantastic line-up -- Eric Clapton and Stevie Ray Vaughan on the same fateful bill. At the end of the show, Eric Clapton introduced Buddy Guy, Robert Cray and Jimmie Vaughan, along with Stevie Ray Vaughan. All of the musicians played a 15-minute rendition of "Sweet Home Chicago". This is the poster for SRV's last concert; he was killed in a tragic helicopter crash leaving the concert, along with the pilot and two members of Clapton's crew. Heralded as one of the greatest guitarists of all time, SRV created a legacy that will have a lasting influence on all future generations of guitarists. This is a high quality lithograph reproduction, measuring approx 12.25 x 19" and is in mint condition. FREE handbills included!
