Shipping Details:	Our items will ship UPS Ground service unless otherwise stated in the shipping details section. We recommend that you insure your shipment. Our liability without insurance shall not exceed $100 (UPS Only). Orders are generally shipped 3-4 business days after full payment. Once the item is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Returns:	All items are sold as-is. We may accept returns only if the item was grossly not as described in the auction listing. In the unlikely event that a return is request, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back. We do not refund  return shipping for any reason. Contact us for Return Authorization. This must be done within 3 days of receiving the item. If authorization is approved, item must be returned within 7 days.
Shipping Damage:	Unfurentally there are occasions when an item is damaged during shipment. Please email us or call us to initiate a claim with the shipping carrier. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item. Please keep the box and all packaging material. Please provide us with photos of the damaged item. The claims process takes approximately 10-15 business days. Once the claim is approved by the shipping carrier , we will issue you the appropriate refund. We strongly recommend that you insure your shipment at checkout. Our liability, without insurance shall not exceed $100.00.
Testing and Sold As-is:	Unfortunately, due to the high volume of items we receive each day we can not test every item, everything is Sold as-is. We list items as accuratley as possible. We describe each item to the best of our abillty. We are not experts on everything we list. If there is any testing done it will be listed in the description. Therfore all items are Sold as-is. Please ask questions before bidding.
